My Overall Human body Transformation Working day 22
In the last 22 days I’ve now completed 7 of the level 1 CT-50 Workouts. I’m a bit behind pace right now and should have at least completed 9 workouts (3 per week). I made the mistake of not completing my workouts earlier in the day because sometimes when my kids get home I’m called to other duties. That’s not an excuse though, these workouts are only 10-15 minutes each so all I would have had to do is schedule a short time to do it.
The level 1 workouts are primarily for people that are beginners and need an easy starting point. The exercise in the CT-50 workouts in level 1 are fairly easy, however with me being 50 pounds overweight it does make some of the bodyweight exercises quite challenging. The workouts combine bodyweight exercise circuits so that you get a full body workout as well as cardio workout in a very short burst of time. The incredible fat burning power comes from EPOC which I explained in my last post.
I plan on getting 4 more workouts in before January 1st which will then be when I start my body transformation diet plan and I’ll be making sure to get a lot more nutrients for recovery, along with select supplements.
